Why choose soy?

Soy wax is a favourite of environmentally conscious people because it isn’t made from petroleum, unlike paraffin candles.

The burning of soy candles does not increase the CO2 level in the atmosphere. And they can last up to 50% longer than paraffin candles.

So at our studio in Parkdale, eco soy — which is both vegan and kosher — is our wax of choice when making candles.

We finish it off with essential oils or fragrance oils that are paraben and phthalate-free so that you can give yourself, your home, and our planet a little TLC.
